Here at www.drpurenatural.com, we ensure a fair return policy.

1) If you received the damaged products: Please take clear pictures of the damaged product with the entire package showing the label and e-mail it to drpurenat@naver.com. We will send a replacement immediately.

2) If you received an wrong product: Please take clear pictures of the incorrect product with the entire package and e-mail it to drpurenat@naver.com within 10 days. Please do not tamper with the product and put the product back into the original box. The courier company will pick it up once we have confirmed the issue and we will send the correct product immediately. Any tampering of the products being returned will not be accepted.

3) If within the product, one or two capsules are opened and the contents are dispersed, please understand that mistakes can happen during the production.  This by no means affects the potency or quality of the actual product. Thank you for understanding and it is very much appreciated.

4) If you notice that part of the inner seal is opened while taking off the cap of the product, then please understand that this can happen during the production.  As long as the outer seal is not broken then the product was never truly opened. Thank you for understanding and it is very much appreciated.

5) If you experience any allergies such as itchiness, rash, or etc. then please review the foods you previously ate in the last few days.  In many cases allergies come from the foods you have eaten. It is unlikely that our product is the cause for your allergies.  If you are experiencing diarrhea, it could be a food poisoning from a restaurant with unsanitary conditions. If you are experiencing dry mouth or tiredness, sleepiness, these are common symtoms of MSG.
Please understand that if an allergy is due to you are allergic to certain ingredients in the products, neither the manufacturer nor www.drpurenatural.com is resposible for a refund.

6) In case you change your mind: Please generously be advised that we cannot refund or exchange. Please consider it is an international shipping.

7) Please be advised that certain product such as Silvercillin, there could be a mold forming in the cap due to the humidity when it stored long period of time. We cannot exchange or refund on such cases. Please make sure to store it in the refrigerator during the humid season.

8) Products shipped in the ice box are not refundable. We cannot accept refund or exchange.

Please be noted that the same condition applies when return within the US. In case of 1) and 2), pleases use Priority mail or UPS 2nd day air.
